Now Hiring: Program Facilitator
Position Dates: January 26 – November 20, 2026
Location: Life Adventure Center, Versailles, KY
Life Adventure Center is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and mission-driven Program Facilitator to join our team for the 2026 season. This role is central to our mission of building resilience through outdoor adventure and trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate outdoor adventure programs with a focus on physical and emotional safety.
Prepare and reset program sites and equipment.
Support participant growth through positive role modeling and group facilitation.
Engage in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement.
Assist with food service, farm, and facility maintenance as needed.
Promote Life Adventure Center in community through off and on-site events. 
Other duties to support our mission as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in outdoor adventure, youth work, or behavioral health settings.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with trauma-affected populations.
Willingness to work weekends, overnights, and in outdoor conditions.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, extended seasonal position.
$18.50/hr., with performance-based pay increase on July 1 and season end bonus of $1,000.
Benefits include 11 days of PTO, paid holidays and health insurance.
Shared, on site housing negotiable upon request
