| Job Summary | UKHC IT has an established portfolio management office to design and automate processes including: project planning, resource allocation, time tracking, metrics management, capacity management, and project/executive level oversight. Working under the supervision of the IT Portfolio Management Office, position has primary responsibility for bringing cross functional IT Programs through the project management lifecycle. Employs sound project management practices, methodologies and principles to devise and execute program delivery. Assumes accountability for all planning and timely completion, incumbent ensures quality control from inception to completion. Influences adoption of standardized project management processes across the enterprise through executive collaboration. Manages communication and relationships with key stakeholders. Requires advanced leadership skills, executive presentation, facilitation and presentation skills, executive level written and verbal communications. Position includes direct and matrixed management responsibilities, working across multi-faceted teams both in IT and across the enterprise. This is a hybrid work position with both remote and on-site work. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will operate effectively within a matrixed organization; have the ability to lead and direct others toward goal setting and attainment, taking into account divergent demands while managing scope and timelines; demonstrates strong analytical and qualitative research experience; be well organized; have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); enjoy working independently as well as closely with their co-workers in a supportive team environment; outstanding computer skills (to include Microsoft Office); above average customer service skills; strong ability to engage and motivate others; active listening skills; and a thorough understanding of resource and employee management; strong leadership skills and executive presence. |
