Description
Job DescriptionProgram Manager
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional client teams to oversee business requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design for key programs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable program plans, including use cases, user stories, UI prototypes, workflows, and functional designs throughout the SDLC.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Aftermarket processes-such as warranty, service contracts, recalls, and service campaigns-within the manufacturing industry, particularly OEMs.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to delivery teams in India, ensuring alignment on functionality, system integration, user interfaces, user experience, best practices, and KPIs during software development.
• Partner with customers (business users) to prepare and review user acceptance test cases, and actively support UAT processes.
Experience
• 12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in IT solutions/services industry managing programs or projects in the business analysis domain.
• Industry consulting experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing projects involving onsite discovery, requirements gathering, analysis, and functional design.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and iterative approaches for software development.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new business models in after-sales across various industry segments.
• Location: Japan
• Bilingual Japanese language proficiency at N1/N2 level required.
