Fresenius is embarking on a global and comprehensive Business Transformation journey with the aim to become leaner, faster, and more digital. As part of this transformation, data plays a critical role in enabling standardized processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the shift to SAP S/4HANA.

In your new role, you will lead the deployment and rollout of data-related platforms and capabilities across the overarching Business Transformation organization (Elevate). This role ensures that data solutions are implemented effectively, aligned with program objectives, and adopted by the business.

We are looking for a person with strong program management skills, a deep understanding of data governance in a regulated environment, and the ability to drive change across diverse regions and stakeholders.

Your assignments

• Own and drive the data-related roadmap within the overall transformation program.
• Ensure alignment of data initiatives with overarching program objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Plan and oversee the deployment of data platforms (e.g., Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Migration tools).
• Coordinate rollout activities for data-related capabilities in sync with overarching SAP S/4HANA ERP-deployments.
• Facilitate training and process adoption for data-related platforms and governance frameworks to ensure smooth transition and user readiness.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, GDPR) in all data-related activities.
• Implement and monitor data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data-program topics across IT, business and external partners.
• Identify and monitor risks related to data migration, quality, and compliance early in the program.
• Define KPIs for data-related deliverables and track progress against milestones.
• Manage budgeting and budget reporting for the data workstream and the related deployment roadmaps, ensuring financial transparency and adherence to program constraints.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers for data platforms and ensure contractual deliverables and SLAs are met.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data-related initiatives
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred)
• Significant track record in large-scale transformations, with focus on SAP transformations
• Demonstrated track record of building teams across country and cultural borders
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and related data workstreams
• Experience with data governance frameworks, master data management, and data quality tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., GxP, GDPR)
• Familiarity with Fresenius global SAP and IT landscapes and integration principles
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, global programs or workstreams
• Expertise in deployment planning, rollout coordination, and change management
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting capabilities
• Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German language skills are an advantage
