Position: Program Manager

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Language Requirement: Business level Japanese & English

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join a team responsible for building and operating the cloud infrastructure and common applications that enable all development teams.

Your Role:

• Build strong relationships with global and local stakeholders
• Define and document software, infrastructure, and product requirements
• Establish and improve operational processes
• Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure project alignment

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of program & project management experience
• Proven success managing global stakeholders
• Business-level Japanese proficiency

Highly Desirable Skills:

• Product management experience
• Background in software development
• Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture
