What project we have for you
In cooperation with the Saudi Arabia EV OEM, Intellias is looking for a skilled Program Manager, to take part in the development of infotainment products
We are looking for the Program Manager to participate in developing the in-car infotainment system and products.
We are looking for specialists who are ready to be regularly on site with the client in Saudi Arabia.
What you will do
- Project Governance. Coordinating all aspects of a Project and laying a cornerstone for successful service delivery. It includes activities connected with changing scope, schedule, budget, processes, and other aspects of project execution in a controlled manner.
- Scope Management. Includes Scope Definition, Verification, and Change Control. This has to do with detailing the requirements and also includes the activities that will eventually comprise the project plan, verifying those details through using measurement techniques, and controlling the changes to these processes.
- Schedule Management. Estimating the duration of the project plan activities, devising a project schedule, defining dependencies between activities as well as monitoring and controlling deviations from the schedule.
- Profitability Management. Establishing estimates for costs and resources required to deliver the service within the Project and keeping watch over those costs to ensure that the Project stays within the approved budget.
- Team Management. Ensuring the team has all the necessary knowledge and skills required for delivery. Developing a group of people into a team through using different leadership approaches, coaching/mentoring/consulting. Onboarding newcomers, sharing the Project vision/goals/context, building and organizing a group.
- Communications Management. Planning communications and managing the communications when the project is executed to make sure it runs as planned. Also involves controlling communications by reviewing their effectiveness regularly and adjusting as needed. Handling escalations and ensuring information is distributed and shared with appropriate stakeholders.
- Risk Management. Identifying and planning for potential risks that may impact the Project through developing and maintaining the Project risk register.
- Stakeholder Management. Identifying Project stakeholders, creating stakeholder maps, and managing stakeholders' expectations to make sure their needs are met.
- Change Management. Ensuring that changes on the project happen in a controlled way, protecting it from unnecessary/unwanted changes
- Pre-sales. Process or a set of activities/sales normally carried out before a customer is acquired.
- Account Management. The practice of providing customers with service, support, and improvement opportunities to increase their consumption of a product or service and maximize retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within the customer base.
- Engineering Excellence. Developing Project Quality Policy, defining Security standards, as well as ensuring engineering practices that will promote engineering excellence. This also includes measuring overall performance, monitoring project results, and ensuring that clients receive the service they thought they purchased.
- Talent Management:
- Staffing Talents. Hiring talents into one's organization using internal and external channels based on project staffing plan.
- Onboarding Talents. Making sure that externally and internally hired employees are onboarded into the project in the most effective and efficient way.
- Developing Talents. Ensuring all the team members have their talents developed in the most effective and efficient way, is mutually beneficial for both the employee and the company.
- Managing Talents Compensation. Effectively implementing employee compensation management according to the company policies.
- Motivating & Retaining Talents. Working closely with employee satisfaction and retention indicators, as well as handling employee performance issues.
- Releasing Talents. Releasing employees once the need in the project is reduced (in case of budget cuts, end of assignment, client request), or in case of forced rotation due to business needs, or low performance.
- Sales, Marketing & Account Management:
- Conducting Presale. Support presales execution from the delivery side and in close cooperation with Sales & Marketing, Account Management
- Account Management. Manage client relationships and proactively work on up- and cross-sale with the Account Manager (if assigned) or individually (for clients w/o an Account Manager assigned).
- Contract Management. Follow MSA agreements, negotiate, and control any type of SOW with the client.
- Organization, Operations & Performance Management(tick):
- Onboarding New Engagement. Starting new engagement when a prospective deal is transformed into an ongoing business. Ensuring the Company Delivery Management Playbook is followed. Selecting and Tailoring the Delivery process for a particular client/project needs discovered together with the Client and/or transferred by the Presale Manager.
- Collecting Client Acceptance. Making sure that the client timely and in full accepts the services delivered by Intellias within the appropriate project.
- Weekly Engagement Status Reporting. Providing input for systematic monitoring and controlling the health of projects within Intellias Clients portfolio.
- Allocating HW and SW for Employees. Making sure that employees are properly equipped with HW and SW (client and corporate) resources to execute their jobs.
- Business Trips, Vacations, and Sick leaves. Planning and processing Business Trips, Vacations, and Sick leaves.
- Create, prioritize and adjust the product backlog according to priority, urgency, strategic product value and customer needs
- Resolve priority conflicts and cross-team dependencies
- Help engineering team to define and implement the product requirements and product release criteria in quality and in time
- Assess feasibility and drive product integration of proposals/features
- Coordinate deliverables and dependencies with multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external partners
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members. Influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, providing timely feedback to individuals
- Ensuring that the projects deliver the desired results within project constraints
- Be able to clarify technical part of requests for team members
- Provide status updates for project stakeholders on the regular basis
- Manage expectations of stakeholders on the regular basis
What you need for this
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis, modeling, and implementation of IT projects
- Experience in automotive
- Knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodologies;
- Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative, and analytic skills;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership by examples, cultural awareness
- Upper-intermediate level writing and verbal English;
