Edwards YMCA Camp is looking for fun, energetic, and hard-working young professionals to join our team for the Spring semester.  Edwards will welcome thousands of guests of all ages and backgrounds through our Environmental Education and Retreat services.  Schools, scout groups, adventure guides & princesses, community organizations, churches and many more rely on Camp Edwards to deliver an exceptional experience catered to their individual needs.  Under the supervision of the Director of Program Operations, this opportunity will offer experience in all facets of the camp’s operation; pre-visit communication, program planning and facilitation, guest experience, “behind-the-scenes” administration, and facility management are just a few! You will gain valuable knowledge and experience in both Environmental Education and Camping Services.  We value personal growth and development and will walk with you as you navigate your next steps whether it be camping or in another field.  Training in curriculum, first aid, high ropes, and water rescue is provided.  We are located in East Troy, WI, about 40 minutes from Milwaukee, and an hour-and-a-half north of Chicago.  Pay starts at $100/day, based on a 5-day workweek.  Very nice on-site accommodation, meals (when preparing for guests), and a YMCA membership are included in your compensation.
