Job Description
Serve as the liaison between commercial teams, internal departments, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of market research projects. Own the study lifecycle from client lockdown through fieldwork completion, delivering high-quality consumer data aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Survey Setup & Execution
- Translate client and analyst requirements into high-quality questionnaires and online programs.
- Prepare study materials for external vendors, coordinate translations and monitor interview progress.
- Ensure error-free survey designs and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor fieldwork progress and panel health
- Project Coordination
- Schedule studies and maintain timing systems.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for commercial teams, analysts, and fielding teams.
- Manage communication and documentation of study details, deadlines, and changes.
- Monitor live studies daily, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quota fulfillment.
- Governance & Leadership
- Track progress, manage documentation, and support project governance.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and escalate issues promptly.
- Provide feedback on complex processes and escalate issues as needed.
- Consult on complex/custom studies and help develop processes for new services/tools.
- Continuously evolve best practices and processes to ensure global alignment and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with training.
- Quality & Delivery
- Perform quality checks on questionnaires and programs.
- Ensure on-time delivery of accurate data aligned with standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or support roles.
- Advanced organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and resolve atypical problems.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication (English).
- Project management and client consulting skills.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and negotiate across teams.
- Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with international, multicultural environment with exposure to global stakeholders.
Technical & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing complex studies and survey platforms
