Job Description:

The Senior Project Management is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and oversight across all project managers and initiatives within the organization. This role ensures that all projects are aligned with business objectives, executed efficiently, and delivered with consistency in methodology, quality, and outcomes.

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Define and standardize project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee the successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to align project portfolios with business strategy.
• Allocate resources, manage project budgets, and resolve high-level escalations or roadblocks.
• Review and track performance of all ongoing projects and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as the key escalation point for critical project decisions and risks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong ability to manage, coach, and grow project management talent.
• Proven success in delivering complex, large-scale programs across multiple teams.
• Expertise in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
