Ich übernehme die Verantwortung für das Baumanagement innerhalb eines der größten Kabeltrassen-Projekte von 50Hertz und führe ein Team aus Oberbauleiter*innen, Fachbauleiter*innen und Spezialisten*innen.

Das macht den Job für mich interessant: In dieser Position kann ich meine Erfahrungen aus der Baubranche, meine Organisationsfähigkeit sowie meine ergebnisorientierte und strategische Denk- und Arbeitsweise für das Stromnetz der Zukunft einbringen. Ich übernehme die Gesamtverantwortung für alle Projektinhalte und den Aufbau einer aus entsprechenden Teilprojekten bestehenden Projektorganisation zur operativen Steuerung der Baustellen des SuedOstLink+ oder NordOstLink. Das beinhaltet die eigenverantwortliche Führung und fachlich-strategische Steuerung des Teams, der zugehörigen Auftragnehmer sowie der bis zu 50 internen und externen Projektbeteiligten und 500+ Personen Baustellenpersonal.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für alle Projektinhalte zur Vorbereitung und operativen Steuerung der Baustellen vorrangig als linearer Trassenbau sowie Spezialtiefbau (z. B. Erarbeitung und Sicherstellung der Baustellen-, Montage-, Installations-, Errichtungskonzepte, Einhaltung der HSE- und Qualitätsvorgaben sowie der Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen, Beschaffung von Dienstleistungsunterstützung),
• Projektplanung von den ersten Tätigkeiten vor Ort bis zur Montageendkontrolle mit dem Ziel der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung inkl. der Erarbeitung von Strategien zur Projektumsetzung, Identifizieren und Ergreifen von Beschleunigungspotentialen sowie Maßnahmen zur Risikobewertung und -minimierung sowie Budget- und Terminplanung,
• Aufbau einer aus mehreren Teams bestehenden Projektorganisation,
• Erstellung und Optimierung detaillierter Bauabläufe und Einsatzplanungen sowie Priorisierung der Tätigkeiten auf Basis des Steuerungsterminplans, frühzeitige Identifikation von potenziellen Störungen und deren Beseitigung zur Vermeidung von Baustopps und Baubehinderungen (Claimvermeidung/-verminderung).

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium im Bauingenieurwesen - Studienrichtung Baubetrieb Management oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Fokus Bau oder gleichwertig,
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und operativen Baustellensteuerung von großen Infrastrukturprojekten mit großer örtlicher Ausdehnung und hohen Investitionsvolumina,
• Erfahrung in der Führung von großen Teams,
• Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und grundlegende Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools,
• Fahrerlaubnis und die Bereitschaft zu Baustellenbesuchen und Dienstreisen,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Zertifizierung nach anerkannten Projektmanagementstandards (z.B. IPMA, PMI)

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
