As a Project Manager on the Repair Project Management team, you will lead medium- to large-scale projects that are critical to our operations. This role requires orchestrating complex, long-term initiatives by collaborating closely with Product Operations, Repair Depots, Sales, and Engineering. The projects managed will often span months or years and impact multiple sites and device platforms. In this capacity, you will also serve as a trusted advisor, providing key support and strategic insights to management.
Responsibilities:
- Project & Operations Management
- Lead and manage projects of moderate scope, ensuring execution against timeline and budget.
- Develop clear project scope statements and build comprehensive supporting plans, factoring in resource availability, task durations, dependencies, and costs.
- Regularly monitor project progress, make adjustments to optimize execution, and provide concise status reports to the team and management.
- Act independently to resolve minor issues and risks, and provide mitigation recommendations for major issues.
- Potentially lead multiple limited-scope projects simultaneously.
Customer Issue & Escalation Management- Lead service recovery plans for critical customer issues.
- Manage and monitor the team's email queue, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders, including account teams, customer experience managers, technical teams, finance, repair, and supply chain, to ensure a seamless resolution process.
- Assist in problem isolation and analysis by collaborating with technical engineers to identify root causes and implement fixes within acceptable timeframes.
Financial Analysis & Cost Management- Prepare financial analyses and cost projections for projects.
- Actively participate in end-to-end cost reduction by working with internal departments and external suppliers to minimize project costs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce and recover project expenses.
Process Improvement & Documentation- Identify and execute continuous improvement plans, including process documentation, digitalization of project management, and reporting automation.
- Document project phases, process flows, and project status.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate customized service delivery plans and changes in process flow based on specific customer requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years experience
- Intermediate communication and facilitation skills
- Intermediate presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to peer level or one level up cross functional audiences
- Demonstrated working knowledge of fundamentals with project management approaches, tools and methodologies. PMP certification preferred or in progress
- Intermediate skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office and MS Project
- Intermediate skills in delegation and follow up
- Demonstrated working knowledge/experience of technical business unit assigned to (Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)
