ABOUT THE ROLE
Your Mission
As part of our Project Management team, working closely with Design and Real Estate, you'll support the delivery of refurbishment and development projects. You'll help coordinate design, planning, and execution, ensuring smooth project delivery. Responsibilities include:
Due Diligence:
- Assisting in evaluating potential new properties and supporting technical due diligence.
- Reviewing plans and reports in areas like architecture, fire safety, MEP, and ICT.
- Helping assess feasibility of implementing Numa standards.
- Preparing budget and timeline forecasts.
- Assisting with lease and vendor contracts.
Planning and Execution:
- Supporting project execution using project management tools.
- Acting as a point of contact for contractors, vendors, and other external partners.
- Helping track progress, scope changes, and organizing regular check-ins.
- Coordinating internally with Design, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Assisting in updating project timelines and budgets.
- Conducting site visits and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
- Helping manage the snagging process and final project handover.
Launch:
- Assisting in preparing launch strategies and plans, including timelines and local requirements.
- Supporting coordination across Operations, Distribution, Legal, Finance, and Revenue teams.
- Manage deliveries, installations, and FFE/OSE distribution.
- Assisting with final snagging and handover to operations teams.
Post-Launch:
- Supporting post-launch reviews and identifying workflow improvements.
- Helping implement efficiency and cost-saving initiatives for future projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in architecture, real estate, or construction.
- Comfortable building relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eager to learn, problem-solve, and pay attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Google Suite, Asana, Notion, etc.).
- Basic understanding of planning/construction norms and contracts is a plus.
- Fluency in English required and German is a must and any other European languages are a plus.
Note: This role will require ~50% travel to our project sites.
