Job Description
You will be responsible for service delivery by participating in an Agile development team and collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Test Engineers, QA Engineers, and Ops Engineers. Your role will include initiating projects, proposing system solutions, and leading technical aspects throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Provide support in the planning, execution, and delivery of project.
- Provide support in developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
- Fluency in Japanese and business English
Preferred Skills
- Experience and skills as a Solution Architect
- Hands-on experience in Web/Mobile software development
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Team management experience
