Description
What the role involves is the followingMain tasks / responsibilities:
- PM is in general the main responsible person for execution of projects related to supply of Compressor Systems from order to effective handover for operation to client
- As a PM, he has to supervise and assign tasks other local support PMs / PE's, and coordinate all activities of BC globally and take responsibility for overall scope of supply, delivery and margin.
- Responsible of overall project risk management, quality, time, cost control of the assigned projects including planning, expediting and progress reporting externally and internally
- Ensures efficient project handling in conformity with customer requirements together with the production of documents contractually specified for delivery.
- Handling of customer correspondence from receipt of contract through successful commissioning
- Employing and monitoring the allocated resources and cost-planning for current project.
- Consistent Claim Management and ensuring that billing is properly undertaken.
- Supporting the FS/AE during the pre-order phase in complex cases.
- Working in global teams, where the responsible colleague is not necessarily in the same entity
- SAP project structure setup and update for assigned equipment
- Standardization and optimization of the onshore and marine skid's together with our sub-suppliers and adaptations to local materials, norms, practices.
- Expediting of skidding projects. Maintain close contact with Skidders and sub-suppliers and control project plan and progress of individual projects.
- Maintain overview of all projects, orders at Korean Skidders and sub suppliers
- Accurate and timely reporting and document handling.
- Authority see DOA (Delegation of Authority)
You will succeed with the following
Education / Professional Experience:
- Master or Bachelor degree in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or similar education
- At least 5-year experience in design and production in skid building business or at a shipyards machinery outfitting department.
- In addition, a MBA would be an advantage
- Experience as team manager is an advantage
- Sales orientated mind
Language requirements:
- Fluent in local language(Korean) and English
- Business fluent, contractual level, in English and Korean orally and in writing
