Your tasks

• Management (planning and implementation) of customer projects (acquisition, product and process development until a stable series process is achieved)
• Planning of the entire project in coordination with all departments and functions involved as well as customers and suppliers; in the event of difficult problems in consultation with the supervisor
• Independent planning and control of all processes and capacities necessary for the development of a product ready for series production in coordination with all departments involved in accordance with PEP as well as with customers and suppliers as well as business area, group and plant functions
• Creation of the project request and responsible for the project change management as well as for the final project report, if necessary status report in the customer project meeting
• Coordinate, create, maintain and communicate the main schedule as well as regulate and monitor the progress of the project
• Acquisition of profitable business according to planning
• Implementation of changes and procedures towards the customer
• Ensuring operational risk management
• Preparing and creating the quality gate reports according to the PDP (Product Development Process) together with the project team
• Leading a project team according to the project manager role description in the project management manual

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in mechanical engineering field
• Min. 3 years as a project manager in automotive industry
• Design principles in automotive industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methods
• Knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods
• English: business fluency
• Korean: business fluency
