In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager with more than 3 years of experience in the role within advertising or marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of marketing project execution, ensuring alignment with established budgets and timelines, as well as developing project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client and the agency's internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a detailed project plan that includes resource allocation, activity timelines, and key project milestones.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
• Manage project risks proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues or improvement opportunities throughout execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure objectives, deliverables, and budgets are met, addressing any deviations from the original plan.
• Ensure effective meetings, task delegation, budget management, delivery tracking, KPI monitoring, and reporting for optimal project execution.
• Conduct client meetings, provide status updates, and integrate client feedback into the project workflow.
• Evaluate projects upon completion to identify areas for improvement.
• Receive briefs and oversee their follow-up and execution.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Cualificaciones

• Strong leadership, customer service, analytical, negotiation, planning, and follow-up skills, with experience working with major advertisers and proficiency in project management tools.
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and CORE, relevant to the role.
• Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others.
• Familiarity with regulations and guidelines related to social media advertising, data privacy, and transparency in influencer collaborations.
