Position Highlights:
$21.23-$26.01/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You'll Do:
Supports multiple Recruiters with the administrative aspects of sourcing, interviewing, screening, and hiring candidates.
Tracks and updates job requisitions and candidate activity through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Trains hiring managers in the use of the Applicant Tracking System.
Coordinates interview scheduling and travel itineraries for candidates as needed.
Coordinates job fair and conference registrations and attendance.
Administers background checks, reference verification, and job-related assessments.
Monitors activity, and creates reports regarding candidate hiring progress, onboarding, and new hires.
Supports and updates the recruitment branding and social medial content.
Processes invoices, expenses, and candidate reimbursement requests for the Recruitment department.
Provides recruiting support for a limited group of jobs including screening, candidate management and creation of job offers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration + 2 years' experience working in an administrative capacity, such as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator/ Assistant, or similar administrative support position OR
High School Diploma or GED + 4 years' experience working in an administrative capacity, such as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator/ Assistant, or similar administrative support position
Entry-level knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and selection is preferred
Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Strong customer relations skills, including the ability to manage stressful situations
Ability to prioritize work, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, and complete projects in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
