- Manage the internal/ external referral process and daily referral reconciliation
- Answers telephone and assists caller through the phone queue and back office phone line
- Participate in clinic and market education/training, as needed and/or required
- Maintains knowledge and ensures procedures are followed including referral guidelines and policies, privacy, and confidentiality
- Deliver quality customer service, managing the referral process professionally and timely
- Work independently and act as a resource or subject matter expert (SME) for others
- Manage and prioritize tasks that may include compiling reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain professionalism and positive service attitude with all internal and external customers/peers
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED or higher
- 1+ years of health care related experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant experience
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Referral management experience
- Medical Insurance experience
- Customer Service experience
- Bilingual
Soft Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
