Description

Based in Singapore, the role will be responsible in undertaking origination, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment opportunities to make a positive impact to the environment. Market and screen investment opportunities. Carry out industry and business analysis and financial modelling. Support in the structuring of deals and investment terms.

To succeed in this role, you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:

• Good degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance preferred
• At least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in private equity/ venture capital or corporate finance (M&A) from investment banks,
• Experience in covering Asia investment banking/private equity landscape highly preferred
• Strong industry knowledge on the environment, infrastructure and energy sectors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Meticulous, committed, team player and able to work under pressure
