Are you ready to shape the future of demand forecasting at HUGO BOSS? We're looking for a passionate and analytical Senior Global Project & Process Manager to join our Global Merchandise Projects team and take over the role of Product Owner Retail Demand Forecasting within the TWIN Planning Suite. This role will be key to drive innovation in a brand-new planning process. As the part of the TWIN Retail Demand Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we predict and meet customer demand. You will lead the development of cutting-edge forecasting processes, leveraging data science and analytics to shape smarter, more agile decision-making. This is a unique chance to build something from the ground up, experiment with new ideas, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with our business and data science teams.

Your profile:

• A passion for data science and its application in solving real-world challenges.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• A flexible mindset and a willingness to embrace mistakes and turn them into enhancements as part of the innovation process.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present insights effectively.
• Proven change management skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through transformation processes.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a desire to shape and own a brand-new process.
• Experience in demand forecasting, product ownership, or a related field is a plus.
