Description
Job Description:- Business Development: Develop new business opportunities major institutional investors and consultants in assigned offshore markets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with institutional prospects and clients, as well as global investment consultants with footprints in Southeast Asia, Korea, and Europe.
- Solution Provider: Lead the complete sales lifecycle from prospect identification through idea generation and client onboarding by providing customized solution and product offerings
- Client Account Growth: Provide high-touch account management for major institutional clients, identifying opportunities for AUM growth
- Market Development: Execute strategic business development plans and marketing initiatives to strengthen and expand Value Partners' institutional presence in Southeast Asia, Korea, and Europe.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with investment management, product development, client solutions, compliance, and operations
Job Requirement:
- 5-8 years of institutional sales or investment‑related experience within asset management or financial services. Candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience will be considered for Director or Executive Director level.
- Proven success in building institutional client bases and developing new geographic markets and strong understanding of institutional investor landscape and regulatory frameworks in offshore markets
- Prior experience covering SEA, and or Korea, and/or European institutional investors is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certifications such as CFA are a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Korean or another Asian/European language is an advantage.
- Highly self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
