We're looking for a confident and capable Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join one of our amazing clients.

In this stand-alone role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing everything from strategic people initiatives through to day-to-day HR operations including:

• Delivering end-to-end generalist support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, capability development, engagement, and workforce planning
• Providing high-quality advice on ER and IR matters, including award interpretation, case management, and supporting leaders with complex issues
• Driving continuous improvement across HR processes, policies, and frameworks
• Partnering closely with managers to build leadership capability and embed best practice people management
• Leading P&C projects and initiatives that enhance culture, performance, and employee experience
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, awards, and internal standards

This role is suited to a Human Resources Business Partner looking to take their next step in their career! You bring proven experience in a generalist or business partner capacity with strong IR / ER expertise and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, exceptional relationship business and leadership coaching capability and a proactive, pragmatic solutions-focused mindset.
