About the Role:
CEPRES provides innovative software and data solutions for investors in the private equity space. We are looking for a proactive and impact-driven Senior Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives that span both internal departments and strategic partner engagements.
You will be responsible for turning high-level goals into actionable plans, managing internal alignment and external coordination, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on operational clarity, solving cross-team challenges, and delivering real results-not just tracking them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead programs across internal teams (engineering, product, marketing, legal, customer success) and external partners, customers to ensure effective coordination and delivery
• Identify and remove execution blockers, manage conflicts, and resolve ambiguity to maintain momentum and alignment
• Monitor program performance against billable outcomes and success metrics; adjust course based on evolving priorities or new constraints
• Develop and execute detailed program roadmaps aligned with business objectives, including clear timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
• Facilitate strategic alignment through working sessions, leadership check-ins, and focused stakeholder updates to ensure a shared understanding across all teams and stakeholders
• Own budget tracking and change management for assigned programs; work with finance to ensure accurate billing and cost control
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting (dashboards, milestone tracking, scope updates) to provide full visibility to stakeholders and leadership
• Lead retrospective and continuous improvement efforts to capture learnings and improve program execution processes across the organization
• Build and document delivery playbooks and reusable frameworks to support future scaling of initiatives.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in program/complex project management or a similar execution-oriented role within a SaaS, consulting or technology-driven environment
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Experience working with or managing external partners, vendors, or client implementations
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, make trade off decisions, and solve execution bottlenecks independently
• Skilled in aligning diverse stakeholders and clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making structures
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and share program updates across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing scope, tracking budgets, and coordinating with finance, legal, or compliance teams
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, globally distributed team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link program outcomes to strategic and financial goals
• Knowledge of private equity, investment platforms, or financial technology
• Background in operational optimization or process improvement initiatives
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote-first team environment
