MarketCities & Places
At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.
Your impact
Rising from the desert about 45 kilometers southwest of Riyadh, a groundbreaking city is being built to redefine entertainment, sports, and culture in the region. Spanning over 360 square kilometers, this mega-development is a flagship initiative under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, backed by the Public Investment Fund. It's designed to host hundreds of integrated attractions across themed districts-from immersive parks and performance venues to esports arenas, wellness centers, and creative learning hubs.
You don't need the name to know exactly what we're talking about.
About the Opportunity
This is a rare chance to play a key role in one of the world's most ambitious entertainment developments-a multi-billion-dollar theme park project in Saudi Arabia. With a construction value exceeding $100 million, the scale is massive, the expectations are high, and the complexity is unmatched.
You'll be part of a fast-paced delivery environment where multiple themed assets are being developed simultaneously. That means navigating intricate design packages, coordinating across a wide network of stakeholders, and solving challenges in real time. Your job is to make sure everything being built is not only feasible and efficient-but also aligned with the creative vision and operational goals of the client.
As a senior technical force within the project team, you'll be responsible for driving feasibility, constructability, and delivery alignment across design, procurement, and construction phases. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that every element-from concept to handover-is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and creative integrity.
- Lead the planning and validation of construction strategies, ensuring design, methodology, HSE, and delivery frameworks are fully aligned and implemented across teams
- Manage project scope with precision, ensuring all changes are captured, approved, and tracked through robust change control processes (Aconex)
- Collaborate with discipline leads to develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations-keeping delivery on track and on vision
- Partner closely with contractors to drive execution, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Identify and manage technical interfaces and dependencies, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing risk across complex attraction packages
- Review design documentation to ensure contractual alignment, flag gaps, and facilitate resolution with design and commercial teams
- Conduct deep technical reviews of drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements and constructability standards
Here's what you'll need
- Proven experience serving as a senior technical lead on large-scale construction projects, with a strong track record of driving feasibility, constructability, and delivery alignment across design, procurement, and construction phases.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in project management, leading complex projects from initiation to closure, within Contracting/Construction environment.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively utilizing appropriate digital tools.
- Proactive, with a drive for delivery and an ability to bring stakeholders together around a common vision.
- Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities to foster the professional development of junior colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.
- Effectively manages and prioritizes workload and delivers to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate Strong written and verbal skills in English.
