Quantencomputer nutzen ein neues Paradigma der Informationsverarbeitung, das sich rasch der Marktreife nähert. Unser einzigartiger Ansatz kombiniert lasergekühlte gespeicherte Ionen mit der Steuerung aller Rechenoperationen über Mikrowellen und maßgeschneiderten Magnetfeldern. Unsere jetzt in der Entwicklung befindlichen Rechenmaschinen werden in der Lage sein, Lösungen für Probleme zu finden, die heute noch unlösbar sind. Dafür suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior Projekt Manager (m/w/d).

Was Dich erwartet:

Als Senior Projekt Manager, übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung leistungsstarker und skalierbarer Systeme, die für den Erfolg unserer Produktbereitstellung essenziell sind. Dabei sorgst Du dafür, dass Projekte effizient umgesetzt werden und sowohl technische als auch geschäftliche Ziele erreicht werden. Je nach Deinem Erfahrungsstand wirst Du an einer oder mehreren der folgenden Aufgaben arbeiten:

• Leitung komplexer, multidisziplinärer Deep-Tech-F&E-Projekte oder kleiner Programme mit Verantwortung für Projektumfang, Zeitplan, Budget und Qualität
• Aufbau und Steuerung der Projektgovernance, einschließlich Planung, Meilensteinen, Phase-Gates, Reporting sowie Risiko- und Themenmanagement über den gesamten F&E-Lebenszyklus
• Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams aus Physik, Elektronik, Software, Optik, Supply Chain und Qualität sowie Steuerung der Abhängigkeiten zwischen den Arbeitssträngen
• Steuerung von Entscheidungsprozessen mit Stakeholdern, Lösung von Konflikten und Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung an Produkt- und Technologie-Roadmaps
• Erstellung und Präsentation klarer Projektstatusberichte sowie entscheidungsvorbereitender Unterlagen für das Management und gegebenenfalls für Kunden oder Partner

Required skills:

• 7+ years of proven experience delivering complex technical or R&D projects end to end in industrial or research environments
• Strong project management expertise in technical or R&D environments, covering planning, risk and change management, resource and budget control, and multiproject delivery
• Technical background in a relevant STEM field, with the ability to understand, question, and translate deep tech concepts such as quantum, semiconductors, or advanced algorithms
• Proficiency in established project management approaches, including Agile, hybrid, and V-model or phase-gate, along with tools for planning, tracking, requirements, and configuration management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting complex technical topics clearly to senior and executive leadership
