Role descriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of high-stakes, complex projects across our organisation. Operating within the Strategy & Transformation function, you will take ownership of critical initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a hands-on approach to project management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to provide transparency across the project portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes that support our business objectives.
Your Mission
Project Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies proactively, resolving issues and escalations to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project progress, KPIs, and financials to provide transparency to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, presenting updates and recommendations based on project performance.
- Maintain visibility of the overall project portfolio, tracking performance and resource allocation.
- Support prioritisation of projects based on strategic importance, capacity, and business impact.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders on project portfolio alignment and strategy.
- Apply and promote best practices in project management, leveraging tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of project governance standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years project leader role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster).
- Experience in managing global or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with change management and digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
