Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is offering a complete range of innovative high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices as an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems. Providing a strong global ecosystem, we are the partner of choice for our external and internal customers - always striving to be the Antenna Powerhouse of the industry!
We are now looking for a committed and motivated (Senior) Technical Project Manager in Rosenheim, Germany. In this role you will drive our Antenna development projects and programs across the whole process from first planning and requirements via concepts and prototypes until industrialization. You will ensure our development projects have the right scope, are in time and meet all quality and cost targets.
Our focus is on lean and agile ways of working. We work in cross-functional development teams where diversity, knowledge sharing and collaboration create true innovation.

What you will do

• Structuring, planning, monitoring and controlling of complex organizational and technical projects in a national as well as international environment
• Achieving the project cost, quality and schedule goals
• Technical management, coordination and synchronization of the sub-project managers in the diverse sub-projects
• Being the first contact person and representative of the project and making decisions as the first escalation level
• Collaborating with the relevant company and project committees on a regular basis
• Flow optimization, knowledge transfer and learning

You will bring

• An engineering background with solid experience as a technical lead, system architect, or technical project/program manager.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
• Solid strategic thinking and deep-dive capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, solution-oriented and hands-on working method.
• Excellent communications skills, be it at executive level or discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
• Ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations.
• Demonstrated ability in managing complex product development projects throughout their complete lifecycle is highly desirable.
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment.
• Business level English required, proficiency in German is a plus.
• Previous work experience in Telecommunications will be considered a plus.
