Core Responsibilities

• Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the service technician.
• Estimating & Sales: Develop accurate labor and parts cost estimates and proactively recommend necessary maintenance services.
• Workflow Management: Schedule service appointments, track repair progress, and verify completed work using technician checklists.
• Clearly explain the work completed and upcoming maintenance needs, so customers leave informed and confident.
• Keep customers posted when back-ordered parts arrive and ensure they’re promptly contacted.
• Review work in progress and open repair orders to make sure everything is running on time and to standard.
• Accurately diagnose and document customer concerns to ensure technicians have clear understanding of work required.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate service records, verify warranty coverage, and process invoices.

 Requirements & Skills

• Experience:  1–3 years of automotive service or sales experience.
• Licensing: A valid G Driver’s License and a clean driving abstract are standard requirements.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with industry-standard software such as CDK, preferred.
• Ability to use communication technology including chat and text
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication abilities are essential for handling customer concerns.
