Wal-Mart is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to coordinating & producing docs that communicate proj strategy, status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning & mng's complex changes. Bachelor's or equiv in CS, IT, Eng'g, or rel. fld + 5 yrs of exp in prog mgmt or rel. fld; OR Master's or equiv in CS, IT, Eng'g, or rel. fld + 3 yrs of exp in prog mgmt or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Scrum principles & practices; Agile proj mgmt tools (Jira & Confluence); Agile Scrum compliance, incl burndown charts, WIP Analysis, & Velocity metrics; JQL framework to create custom queries & reports; Creating Jira Dashboards & Gadgets.
