Description
This Research Experience for Undergraduates opportunity takes place at the Cornell Nanoscale Facility (CNF) at Cornell or MIT.Nano at MIT, although it is coordinated from Cornell. All positions are accessed via this application. SUPREME is a JUMP 2.0 research program sponsored by SRC/DARPA for advanced nanoelectronic devices and materials (https://supreme.cornell.edu/) . The SUPREME REU program, funded by NSF, gives talented undergraduates an opportunity to join these research activities at Cornell or MIT, working in faculty research groups on advanced electronic device structures, processes, or materials.
