- Utility Program (Sales) Coordinator
Description
Greenlite is a woman-owned and diversity-owned company that works with utilities and partners to deliver large-scale energy efficiency programs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our sales and operations team. This role is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring strong Excel skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Utility Program Sales Support
Prepare quotes for utility program projects and maintain accurate pricing documentation
Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, project documentation, and operational coordination
Support high-volume program activity by organizing and tracking project information across multiple accounts
Documentation & Account Coordination
Maintain and organize MOUs, agreements, and related program documentation
Track approvals, documentation, and internal records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain shared files, operational trackers, and internal documentation
Communication & Coordination
Manage customer service inquiries and internal operational requests
Handle email communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners
Coordinate information flow between sales, operations, and other departments
Operational Support
Maintain organized spreadsheets, reporting trackers, and project records
Assist with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks to support program operations
Support a fast-paced environment with high volumes of requests, documentation, and project activity
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with utility programs or energy efficiency programs is preferred
1+ year experience in sales support, operations support, quoting, order processing, or high-volume administrative roles
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage and organize large amounts of data
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Excellent written communication and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
