The School of Business and Economics at Universidad de los Andes, Chile, invites applications for full-time positions in Marketing at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor.
Applicants must possess a Ph.D., or be nearing completion. Successful candidates should demonstrate a high-quality research record or outstanding research potential. Proficiency in Spanish is not required, as course instruction can be in English. We prefer the appointment to commence in March or July 2026 but are open to considering alternative dates.
Our school is seeking highly motivated candidates who can develop creative and innovative projects at the frontier of knowledge and who are connected to the international research community. To support this, we offer an attractive package that includes: (i) a highly competitive salary; (ii) a teaching load of three courses per year with teaching reductions based on research productivity; (iii) a research budget for international activities; (iv) research assistants and graders; (v) a relocation allowance; and (vi) monetary incentives for publications.

Candidates applying for Assistant Professor positions should also arrange for at least three (3) confidential letters of recommendation to be submitted directly by their references.
