Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and professionally competent colleague, focusing on the field of immunology for the Prague, West and South Bohemia region, who will represent our pharmaceutical portfolio in the field. His/her task will be to plan and implement sales meetings with the aim of strengthening the company's position on the biological treatment market. This is accompanied by responsibility for sales in the assigned region. Monitoring and analyzing market trends and sales opportunities.
This also involves organizing and actively participating in regional seminars, conferences and other events, representing the company at industry conferences.
An important part of the work is also close cooperation with colleagues from the sales, marketing and medical teams.
What will be the task of the new team member?
Active visits to doctors in the assigned region
Product presentation in biological treatment centers (CBL)
Market monitoring, feedback and reporting
Cooperation with the marketing and medical team on activities in the region
Participation in professional conferences and seminars
Cooperation in a close sales team
Qualifications

Proven experience with a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with sales and professional communication in the field of pharmaceuticals
Analytical skills - strategic thinking
Strong communication skills to develop and build relationships with customers
Proactive and initiative approach
Customer orientation - focusing on meeting customer expectations and being able to build effective relationships
Be an excellent team player who can also work independently
Flexibility, organized with a high level of planning and organization
PC user knowledge / Orientation in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Group B driver's license
Ability to work in a close team, share information and support colleagues
Stress resistance and ability to plan your time
English language - intermediate
