The Senior Site Project Manager is a senior member of the supervision services team-. He manages supervision projects of high complexity and has the highest level of responsibility on site, including team management, schedule and cost control, quality and HSE management, risk management and client management throughout the project lifecycle. He is the primary point of contact with all parties involved in the project and ensures supervision projects are delivered on schedule and on budget. He reviews, comments and approves contractor submittals and manages the supervision team to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements, while maintaining a positive and reputable company image in all interactions. The jobholder review, assess and respond to all claims raised by the contractor regarding scope, schedule and cost changes of supervision projects of high complexity and manage variation orders with client and contractor. He shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the construction supervision space and adopt best practices, where applicable.

Act as the first point of contact /company representative in all client and contractor communications.
Respond promptly to contractual and technical matters raised by the Client, Design Team, or Contractor, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract between the Client and the Company.
Maintain quality standards and effective project management supervision process and output by ensuring compliance with the Company Quality Policy.
Implement HR and HSE Polices and ensure the adherence to all applicable Company and country regulations.
Lead and manage large-scale / mega engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee project performance across multiple developers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Provide high-level leadership in complex, fast-paced, and multi-disciplinary project environments.

Ensure alignment of project objectives with the company's business strategy and client expectations.
Optimize resources, schedules, budgets, and risks to achieve project success.
Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical disciplines.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proactively handle conflict resolution, claims, and issue escalation.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, governance, and performance reporting.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
Key Responsibilities (Learning & Growth)
Conduct project close-out activities capturing lessons learned and successful / unsuccessful project elements
Upload relevant deliverables, such as drawings, specifications, price lists, etc., into the K&A knowledge repository as per corporate policies and procedures
Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Master's Degree in Engineering is preferred
PMP Certification is preferred
Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred
Overall Experience Required to Execute this Role
Specific Experience Required to Execute this Role
15+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional / multinational consultancy firm, with demonstrated deep expertise in a construction supervision role
Experience on 15 similar projects in the same role
Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Exposure to all construction supervision aspects, including client management, contractor management, supplier management, contract administration, quality management, dispute management etc.
Industry experience within the Middle East ( preferably Oman)
OSE certificate.
