Offshore Team Operations
Review KPIs and SLAs and resolve operational queries efficiently.
Oversee the setup of new revenue contracts to ensure accurate billing from inception.
Coordinate billing cycles and address interface issues promptly.
Review variable billing activity to maintain accuracy and continuity.
Prepare monthly MI reporting and complete associated billing output.
Manage capacity planning to optimise resource utilisation.
Work collaboratively with other finance functions to achieve shared objectives.
Partner with senior leaders to deliver Group-wide priorities.

Conduct quarterly performance discussions and manage role objectives.
Support training plans and strengthen team capability.
Provide clear coaching and actionable feedback.

Identify risks within the Contract to Cash In process.

Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Group Finance during reviews.
Encourage a proactive and accountable approach to risk management.
General Responsibilities
Prepare information for internal and external audits.
Work with Credit Control to resolve invoice-related queries.
Provide billing information, report, and respond to ad hoc requests from Finance and the wider business.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Finance degree or passed finalist of a recognised accounting body.
Minimum 5 years of management and accounting experience.
Experience in large-scale transactional processing (Sales Ledger exposure is an advantage).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting timeframes.
Experience with reconciliations and financial controls.
Experience managing or leading teams.
Skills and Competencies
Works effectively with SLAs and contributes to operational efficiency.
Makes informed and balanced decisions independently.
Communicates confidently with Sales Managers and Credit Controllers.
Demonstrates a professional, collaborative approach to teamwork.
