Inner Strength Bayside is a Private Physiotherapy Clinic in Cheltenham. We offer an effective and personalised approach to treatment including Physiotherapy and Physio-led Exercise programs.

We treat all musculoskeletal conditions and we manage rehabilitation following injury or surgery. We offer pre and post natal care (including pelvic floor assessments), Cancer Rehabilitation, (The Pinc and Steel Programs), Physio-led Exercise (Clinical Pilates) with approximately 40 classes running weekly and dry needling.
