Headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the organization serves over 2 million patients and over 400,000 health plan members across 320,000 square miles. The integrated health system has 56 medical centers, 288 clinic locations, 147 Good Samaritan senior living centers, 4,000 Sanford physicians and advanced practice providers, 1,504 active clinical trials and studies, and five world clinic locations around the globe.

Paid Volunteer Time – Our volunteer time benefit demonstrates the understanding that we play an important role not only in the health and healing of the body but also in the health and healing of our communities. Eligible employees receive paid time away from work (up to 8 hours per calendar year) to give their time and talents in service to their communities.
