Requirements
To be considered for the role you MUST meet the following minimum qualifications and licenses and certifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Architecture, Engineering, or in a related field, plus six (6) years of work experience in managing projects, including two (2) years of experience managing projects for airport or airlines in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Licenses and Certifications Required: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Licensed Architect (RA), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed large-scale infrastructure or capital improvement projects.
- Managed and supervised any of the following; project managers, architects, construction managers.
- Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, and developing project managers responsible for multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of airport operations and regulations.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites as part of the regular job duties.
