One of our clients is seeking an Assistant Director of Mental Health Residential Services in the Ravenswood area.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
* Mon-Fri Business, with availability to respond to off-hour emergencies

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* The Assistant Director supports the administrative team in overseeing recovery-oriented services within our client's residential programs. Responsibilities include supervising residential staff and interns, assisting with program planning and implementation, and ensuring overall efficiency across the residences.
* Compensation is $39-$42/hour

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
* Candidates must hold an LCSW or LCPC
* 5+ years of experience in social services
* 1+ year of supervisory/managerial experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
