• Ideal preference for candidates in investment banking/buyside/corporate finance advisory/M&A

Responsibilities would include:

• Lead corporate development transactions (including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investments) across businesses and regions
• Develop a high performing deal team with advanced financial modeling and transaction execution knowledge
• Build and develop relationships with business intermediaries, investment banks and other external advisors
• Act as an advisor to platform and business unit leaders in the evaluation of merger and acquisition transactions and make recommendations on the impact of decision to the company's objectives and performance
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 5-6 years of related work experience in investment banks, with 2 years acting as a team leader
• Strong experience with transaction execution that closed M&A credential is must
• Proven experience overseeing complex financial modelling, including providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring consistent quality and accuracy of analysis
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Proactive attitude, mature communicator that experienced to discuss and partner with executives
