Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Migration Program Manager - HRIS to join our team. This role involves project management, coordination, and supporting business transformation projects, particularly in HR, technology, or operations. Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus, along with experience in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage migration programs within the HRIS domain
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business transformation initiatives
• Utilize project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
• Track project progress using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are met
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO roles
• Experience supporting business transformation, HR, technology, or operational projects
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall
• Experience with project tracking tools like Azure DevOps
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken
• Ability to follow software engineering best practices
• Experience with Git for version control
• Experience with API integration is a plus
• Experience with testing methodologies is a plus
