Job Description
As a Business Operation Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance department to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to align with business goals.
- Monitoring financial performance and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives across departments.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the finance team.
A successful Business Operation Director should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in financial management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the New Territories.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
