You also must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours. This is high volume, customer service environment. Hours/Location: Employees will work any 5 days between Monday and Sunday, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere in the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
- Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles
- Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours
- Manage administrative intake of members

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate level of experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
- Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
- Experience working in a call center
- A clerical or administrative support background
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
