- Clinical Manager (RN) - Ambulatory Vascular Surgery
Description
The Clinical Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for a complex vascular surgery practice across multiple locations, with a significant focus on advanced wound care services. Working in close partnership with the Practice Manager, Ultrasound Manager, and APP Lead, this role is responsible for supporting a strong multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving consistent clinical and operational performance across sites. Reporting to the Director of Practice Operations with a dotted-line relationship to the Medical Director, the Clinical Manager serves as a key leader in implementing practice initiatives, leading change, and fostering collaboration among providers and staff. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong follow-through, flexibility, and the ability to effectively navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. While focused on leadership and oversight, the Clinical Manager is also willing and able to provide hands-on clinical and operational support when needed to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
This role is based in our Scarborough practice with occasional travel to the Lewiston site. Our office is open Monday – Friday (No call, no weekends).
The ideal candidate will bring prior wound care training or experience and understanding of vascular or vein procedures/sterile procedures to support care team members staffing our on-site procedure room. Collaborative leadership style and prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Requirements
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
