We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to manage and develop a team of Client Advisors within our Glasgow Corporate office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional client service, driving team performance, and working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and insurers in the Corporate insurance sector.

We will count on you to:

• Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors, overseeing day-to-day operations, personal development and succession planning
• Collaborate with the Glasgow leadership team to drive strategy, client service excellence, growth, and recruitment
• Lead the full renewal process for your commercial portfolio, working closely with Client Executives, brokers, and insurers to negotiate terms, analyse quotes, and finalise placements.
• Prepare accurate market presentations, client reports, and submissions in consultation with relevant teams.
• Represent the office and region in national forums, contributing to strategic and operational goals.

What you need to have:

• Proven account handling experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• A dynamic approach with a passion for improving client service and supporting colleague development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What makes you stand out:

• Cert CII, Diploma or ACII qualification (or equivalent) or actively working towards is preferrable.
