Customer Service Advisor | Inner South Brisbane | Permanent Role Your new companyYou will be joining a global organisation specialising in supplier data management and third-party risk compliance. The company operates across highly regulated industries, supporting large organisations to streamline supplier onboarding, improve data quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your new role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering first-line support to customers while ensuring the accurate validation and management of supplier data. You will support customers throughout onboarding and renewal processes, helping them complete required questionnaires and understand system requirements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include validating customer submissions, maintaining accurate records within the CRM system, and handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls. You will provide clear guidance to customers on processes, fees, and technical queries, while escalating more complex issues where required.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and actively participating in team discussions. Success in this role will involve consistently meeting performance targets related to call volumes, data accuracy, and customer service standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a customer service environment, including handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong data management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working to deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone, in a clear and professional manner
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Excel (ideally intermediate level) and other Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements
- Flexibility and adaptability within a growing business environment
