Description

1. Under the firm's overall investment research framework, lead the enhancement and execution of the investment research system, covering macroeconomics, sectors, and multi-asset classes.
2. Drive and optimize the integrated research-to-investment process (Research → Strategy → Portfolio), improving the efficiency of converting research into investment actions.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with research analysts and portfolio managers, providing guidance and support on key projects and strategic directions to enhance overall research and investment output quality.
4. Deeply participate in core investment decision-making processes (including discretionary accounts, portfolio strategies, and secondary market investments), offering research support and strategic recommendations.
5. Optimize research methodologies and investment decision-making systems (including data-driven and quantitative approaches), improving systematic and consistent investment decisions.
6. Promote the practical application of AI in research analysis, strategy development, and investment processes (e.g., data analysis, strategy support, report generation).
7. Work with product, distribution, and client teams to support strategy formulation, roadshows, and client communication.
8. Assist in enhancing investment research risk control mechanisms, ensuring investment decisions are made within compliance and risk frameworks.

1. 10+ years of investment or research experience (asset management, hedge fund, brokerage research, buy-side institutions, etc.)
2. Comprehensive capabilities in macro research, sector research, and asset allocation
3. Experience in team management or project coordination, with ability to drive efficient collaboration between research analysts and portfolio managers
4. Clear methodology to enable the translation from "research → strategy → portfolio"
5. Strong data analysis skills, with understanding or hands-on experience in quantitative methods
6. Familiarity with global markets (US equities, Hong Kong equities, macro assets, etc.), with a cross-asset perspective
7. Excellent logical thinking and communication skills (internal coordination and external presentation)
8. Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements (e.g., Securities and Futures Commission rules)
9. Understanding or practical experience in AI applications in investment research is a plus
10. Experience in investment research system optimization or 0-to-1 project setup is a plus

8. 协助完善投研风险控制机制，支持投资决策在合规及风险框架下执行。

2. 具备宏观研究、行业研究及资产配置的综合能力。
3. 具备团队管理或项目统筹经验，能够推动研究员及PM形成高效协同。
4. 具备清晰的方法论，能够实现"研究→策略→组合"的转化。
5. 具备较强的数据分析能力，对量化方法有理解或实践经验。
6. 熟悉全球市场（美股/港股/宏观资产等），具备跨资产视角。
7. 优秀的逻辑能力及沟通能力（对内协同+对外表达）。
8. 熟悉香港监管要求（如证券及期货事务监察委员会相关规范）。
9. 对AI在投研领域的应用有理解或实践经验优先。
10. 有投研体系优化或0-1项目经验优先。
