        Multi-site facilities and vendor management for operational safety of our staff and participants

        Plan and manage property improvements using our capital needs assessment.

        Learn compliance and code for childcare classrooms and playgrounds.

        Responsible for department budget and managing agency savings.

        Work with municipal and licensing authorities for regulatory compliance

Associate’s degree or Technical Institute Certification plus 5 years of experience required; preference of property management or licensed general contractor background.
