Description

As Director of Capital Management and Reporting this hands on, technical role will encompass business planning and analytics to facilitate the right level of Capital, RWA and exposure across APAC. Whilst also continually looking at process improvement you will review the current reporting framework in areas such as Structural FX and business line mapping. Serve as a subject matter expert for all matters related to Basel III/IV regulatory capital rules (including RWA calculation for Credit, Market, and Operational Risk, Leverage Ratio, and Large Exposures) and their intersection with IFRS accounting standards. Will also oversee and enhance the regulatory reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of capital returns to key regulators (e.g., PRA, FCA, MAS, JFSA).

You will support capital issuance and other capital actions such as profit retention and dividend payments whilst partnering with the business. With over 10 years experience in a related finance, risk or treasury function you will have an in depth understanding of balance sheet management with a can do attitude with a proven track record in capital management and RWA.
