Summary of position: The Director of College and Career Pathways serves as a central leader within the Teaching & Learning Team responsible for designing, implementing, coordinating, and supporting a comprehensive K-12 college and career pathway system. The Director leads through collaboration, service, and system design to support schools, families, and community partners to ensure all OSD students are prepared for college, career, and community.
